Reservations made and cancelled prior to December 31, 2003: Full refund
Cancellations between Dec. 31, 2003 and Jan. 16, 2004: 50% refund
Cancellations between Jan. 16 and Jan. 30, 2004: 25% refund
Cancellations in the week prior to Feb. 6, 2004: No refund

Poplar Ridge Lodge (2 on hold for Meltdown) Within walking distance to the Main Lodge and Meltdown Central! (Car allowance available – see pricing below.) Sleeps 10 to 12 individuals 4 full bathrooms plus two whirlpools 4-person "private" bedroom on lower level (persons 1-4) Second private bedroom on lower level (persons 5 & 6) Two private bedrooms on upper level (persons 7 & 10) Queen-size sofa sleeper by fireplace (persons 11 & 12) $295 per person for 10-person occupancy $275/person for 11 people (1 on sofa) $255/person for 12 people (2 on sofa) $100 transportation rebate available. For each car (up to a maximum of 3) driven up by a Poplar Ridge Meltdowner, you can subtract $100 from your total. Spread the savings among your group and enjoy the warmth of your car instead of trekking up to the Main Lodge in the cold. This offer is only available on Poplar Ridge reservations because of the distances between venues. Rates available for a single person seeking a "private" room in the Exec Lodge.
